Hello everyone!  My name is Kelli Lara.  I was born and raised in Navasota and graduated from Navasota High School in 1987.  After graduating from Texas A&M I began my teaching career at Navasota ISD.  This year begins my 30th year in this district!  I have taught 3rd grade self contained, 3rd grade math, 2nd grade reading language arts, gifted and talented, reading intervention and dyslexia/dysgraphia.  My husband and I love spending time outdoors, boating, fishing and taking care of the farm.  I also love exploring new places.  I have one son who has graduated from Texas A&M and no longer lives at home.  That means all my attention goes to my fur babies....dogs, chickens and cows.
